Klein's office cleaning is scheduled after hours or on weekends for offices in Waterdown, Burlington, Hamilton and the Halton region. ## How often should an office be cleaned?

It follows headcount and traffic more than square footage. A small office with a handful of staff and few visitors is often well served by one or two visits a week. An office with a busy reception, a shared kitchen or client washrooms usually needs several evenings a week, because washrooms and kitchens are the rooms that cannot wait. We will suggest a frequency after the walk-through and you decide.

## Do you clean desks with papers on them?

No. Clear surfaces are wiped; papers, files and personal items are left where they are, because moving them is how things go missing. If your team clears their desks on cleaning nights, every desk gets done.

## How is access handled?

Keys, fobs and alarm codes are agreed when the scope is set, and the building is locked and the alarm set on the way out. If your office is in a shared building, tell us the landlord's rules on after-hours access and we will work to them.
