How does a commercial quote work?

1. Tell us about the space. The type of building, rough size, when it is empty and what you need, through the business quote form or by phone.
2. Walk-through. For a regular schedule we look at the space, because square footage alone does not show how many washrooms, how much glass or what the floors are.
3. Written scope and price. What gets done at each visit and how often, so both sides can check the work against it.
4. First clean, then review. After the first few visits we check in, and the scope is adjusted if something needs more or less time.

When do you clean?

When the building is empty. Klein's works between 8am and 10pm, seven days a week, by appointment, which covers weekday evenings after an office closes, weekends, and the quiet days between services at a church.
