Can you reach second-storey windows?
Yes. The photographs on this page are Klein's own: a two-storey stone front and a tall arched window, both cleaned from the ladder. Very high glass over a roof, a steep slope or a three-storey drop may be quoted differently or declined for safety; we will say so when we look at it, not on the day.
How often should house windows be cleaned?

Why the frames matter as much as the glass
Clean glass in a dirty frame looks unfinished, and the first rain carries the dirt from the frame back down onto the pane. So the frames and sills are part of the job, not an extra. On sliders, the track is where the grit that wears out the rollers collects; it gets vacuumed and wiped while we are there.
Windows are also where a custodian's habits show. The corners of the pane, the bottom edge of the squeegee stroke and the drip on the sill are exactly what gets checked.
